aconium GmbH has many years of experience in project management. Our services include the creation and maintenance of time, task and work plans, the continuous monitoring of project progress, communication with the client and other stakeholders involved in the project, the organization of project meetings such as regular jour fixes and working group meetings and their documentation as well as the moderation between different stakeholders and, if necessary, conflict management.

Specific reporting and financial management requirements must be observed, especially for the implementation of funding projects – here, too, we support our clients in order to meet all requirements. In addition to the expertise and experience of our employees, our clients also have access to various templates, tools and platforms that support structured collaboration.

However, project management often not only involves the administrative handling of a project, but must also take into account various methodological and content-related aspects. Projects with various partners from Germany and Europe, for example, place special demands on internal communication and monitoring, participation processes in the context of strategy development require not only technical but also organizational support, workshops, seminars and conferences in which results are to be developed or presented require careful planning and coordination – we can offer all this from a single source and make it available to our clients via fixed contact persons.

We focus on the fact that every project and every measure is individual, has different requirements and its own objectives. Our aim is to use our experience and structures to turn these individual requirements into effective long-term results.
