Your Responsibilities
- Technical Responsibility for Geodata Solutions and Automated Data Pipelines
- Establishment and Further Development of DataOps Processes
- Automation of Data Processing, Testing, and Deployments
- Ensuring and Monitoring Data Quality
- Definition and Tracking of Relevant Pipeline Metrics
- Conducting code reviews and technical quality assurance
- Implementation and Maintenance of Technical Standards and Best Practices
- Professional support, training, and professional development for colleagues
- Promoting knowledge transfer and teamwork
Your profile:
- Several years of experience with GIS technologies, spatial databases, and data models
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and Python, as well as Apache Airflow and dbt
- Excellent knowledge of the automated processing and analysis of geodata
- Knowledge of n8n and Superset is a plus
- Knowledge of DevOps technologies (Docker, GitLab CI/CD) and strategic planning
- In-depth knowledge of DataOps and data quality checks
- Experience conducting code reviews and implementing technical standards
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical content in an understandable way
- A team-oriented, structured, and responsible approach to work
- Ideally, prior experience with analyzing public sector data
- Business fluent in German
