FTTH Rollout Project Manager (m/f/d)
To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for a Rollout Manager / FTTH Rollout Project Manager to start as soon as possible, ideally on a full-time basis.

Your area of responsibility:
- Project Management in the FTTH Sector: You will be responsible for the comprehensive management and coordination of complex fiber-optic projects, from planning through implementation
- Schedule, Cost, and Quality Management: You plan, monitor, and manage all relevant project parameters and ensure that objectives are reliably achieved
- Stakeholder management: They coordinate the collaboration between network operators, construction companies, planning offices, municipalities and other project stakeholders.
- Risk Management: You identify potential project risks early on, assess them, and develop appropriate countermeasures
- Reporting and Documentation: You will prepare informative status reports, decision-making documents, and management reports to guide the project
- Support throughout the project phases: You will provide support during the bidding process, construction phases, inspections, and commissioning, while maintaining a comprehensive overview at all times
- Process Optimization: You’ll draw on your experience to continuously improve rollout processes and make them more efficient
Your Profile:
- A successfully completed degree or comparable training, for example in the fields of telecommunications, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or project management
- Several years of experience in project management for FTTH, FTTx, telecommunications, or infrastructure projects
- Ideally, knowledge of fiber-optic network deployment as well as network layers NE3 and/or NE4
- Experience working with local governments, utility companies, or construction firms
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with various stakeholders
- Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany as needed
