Project Manager / Consultant for Infrastructure Projects (m/f/d)

 

We are currently looking for a Project Manager / Consultant for infrastructure projects for our Berlin office. This is generally a full-time position (40 hours per week).

Your area of responsibility:

  • Project Management and Project Oversight: Providing support in the planning, coordination, and successful implementation of infrastructure and consulting projects. Ensuring a structured project organization through schedule management, documentation, controlling, and coordination among all project participants
  • Consulting and Technical Support: Contributing to technical analyses, concepts, and studies in the infrastructure sector. Researching and synthesizing relevant topics, as well as preparing decision-making documents, presentations, and reports to support client projects
  • Customer and Stakeholder Management: Providing support in managing relationships with customers, project partners, and other stakeholders. Ensuring professional communication and coordinating schedules, committee meetings, and project-related consultations
  • Proposals and Project Development: Assisting in the preparation of proposals, requests for proposals, and cost estimates. Supporting the further development of existing projects and identifying new opportunities within ongoing engagements

What you bring with you:

  • A successfully completed college degree, preferably in economics, engineering, public administration, political science, or regional studies
  • Ideally, 2 to 5 years of professional experience in project management, consulting, or the infrastructure sector
  • Experience working with public sector clients is a plus
  • Experience in analyzing economic and financial issues, as well as in working with business cases, profitability analyses, or investment evaluations, is a plus
  • A structured and independent approach to work
  • Strong organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Confident demeanor when interacting with customers and project partners
  • Proficiency in spoken and written German at a business level
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
