Your area of responsibility:
- Software Development: You will develop modern web applications based on PHP 8 and Symfony (versions 5–7) and—depending on the project—work on innovative solutions in the government or education sectors

- Application Modernization: You will continuously enhance existing applications, optimize existing features, and ensure the sustainable technical advancement of our software solutions.
- Code Quality: You will continuously enhance and develop our existing toolchain (including GitLab CI, Composer, PHPUnit, and PHPStan) and ensure high software quality through clean code principles, code reviews, and automated testing.
- DevOps & Deployment: You will automate build, test, and deployment processes using Docker and GitLab CI and help further develop our container strategy. Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
- Technical Design: As a technical sparring partner, you will work closely with the Product Owner to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical concepts, mock-ups, and feasible solutions.
- Quality Assurance: You will conduct performance and security analyses, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure that our applications meet high quality and security standards—particularly in the public sector.
- Agile Collaboration: You will work in an agile development team using Scrum or Kanban, actively participate in planning sessions, reviews, and technical discussions, and support the sharing of knowledge within the team.
- Technology Development: You will monitor current technological developments, contribute new ideas, and support the ongoing refinement of our development standards and software architecture.
