(Senior) Recruiter (m/f/d) – Active Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

Your responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruiting: You are responsible for the entire recruiting process—from assessing staffing needs and developing appropriate search strategies to selecting suitable candidates and successfully filling our positions.
• Advising the departments: You act as a sounding board for our managers, coordinate appropriate job requirements, craft appealing job postings tailored to specific target audiences, select promising recruitment channels, and develop creative approaches to reach even hard-to-reach target groups.
• Active Sourcing & Direct Search: You identify and recruit suitable candidates through professional networks, talent pools, and modern search methods. By crafting personalized, compelling outreach messages, you spark interest and build lasting relationships with potential talent.
• Interviews & Hiring Decisions: You review application materials, conduct structured interviews, identify professional and personal potential, and support our managers in making well-informed and transparent hiring decisions.
• Professional Candidate Experience: Through personal, respectful, and engaging communication, you ensure a positive application experience from the first point of contact through the final response.
• Modern Recruiting & Process Optimization: You use recruiting metrics, digital tools, and AI-powered applications to optimize search strategies, streamline processes, and continuously improve our recruiting efforts with new ideas and innovative approaches.

Your requirements:

• You have a college degree, business or human resources training, or a comparable qualification; what matters most to us are your recruiting skills and your practical experience.
• You have several years of experience in recruiting and, ideally, have already successfully filled various specialist and leadership positions in a medium-sized, consulting-oriented, or project-based environment.
• You are well-versed in active sourcing and direct search, are experienced in using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter in particular, and know how to inspire even hard-to-reach candidates to consider new career opportunities.
• You excel in communication, have a keen understanding of human nature, and possess strong consulting skills; you interact confidently with executives and know how to constructively reconcile differing interests.
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner; you always maintain a clear overview even when handling multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, and you actively contribute your own ideas.
• You are tech-savvy, confident in using applicant tracking systems (ideally Personio) and modern recruiting tools, and interested in using AI applications in a meaningful and responsible way in the recruiting process.
• Excellent German skills and good English skills round out your profile, as does proficiency in common MS Office applications.
