Project developers can now submit expressions of interest (EoI) for project funding in the North Sea region. Applicants, whose EoI have already been accepted in the first call for applications are invited to submit full applications. Bodies of federal, state and local administrations as well as public service providers, universities and NGOs are eligible applicants. Private companies, associations, federations and chambers are also eligible as project partners.

During the fifth funding period of INTERREG between 2014 and 2020 the following priorities will get funding:

  • Thinking Growth
  • Eco-Innovation
  • Sustainable NSR
  • Green transport and mobility

aconium has in the past been involved in several projects in the INTERREG North Sea Region. In the project DANS ON, which was the successor project of DANS, working on the implementation of the Digital Agenda in the North Sea region, aconium was a project partner and work package leader of work package 2 “Transferability”. The aim was to develop concepts on how to apply the DANS model in other regions.
