An important milestone in the framework of MOROdigital has been reached with the second transfer workshop in Kassel!

On 6th and 7th October, the actors from the seven model regions met with the transfer agency and project managers from the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI) and the Federal Institute for Building, Urban and Regional Research (BBSR ). Hosts and co-organizers of the transfer workshop were the Werra-Meißner and the Schwalm-Eder-Kreis, which together form one of the model regions in MOROdigital. While the first transfer workshop in Tangermünde, which was already carried out in December 2015, was primarily intended for the mutual introduction and introduction into the complex topic of broadband construction, the first interim results from the model regions were presented in Kassel this year. The event received positive feedback in the model regions. Above all, the possibilities of networking and the lively exchange of experience and knowledge among the regions led to the wish to carry out a third transfer workshop next year. It is expected to take place in spring 2017. Further information on MOROdigital can be found here.
