aconium has been a supporting member of the German AI Association since the end of January and supports the association in its efforts to comply with basic ethical, safe and socially acceptable quality parameters in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in member companies, for example with regard to the ethical impact of the product, the transparency of processes and the handling of data.
aconium Managing Director Tim Brauckmüller: “Artificial intelligence is a key technology that holds potential for the German economy but also stands for digital transformation and is fundamentally changing social and economic structures. We are therefore looking forward to the future exchange with the German AI Association and its member companies.” The Bundesverband Künstliche Intelligenz e.V. was founded in March 2018 and is made up of more than 220 companies, SMEs, start-ups and experts whose focus is on the development and use of AI applications. Introduced in 2019, the KI Bundesverband e.V. seal of approval promotes the human-centered and human-serving use of AI technologies in order to lead society, which is characterized by the social market economy, into the digital age. The aim is to create innovation-friendly legal certainty in the areas of civil law, tax, regulatory and data law in order to establish Germany as an attractive business location for the AI ecosystem and to strengthen its competitiveness in international comparison.
