Over the Whitsun weekend, around 200 young people met again at the youth media camp near Kratzeburg in the south of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The event was supported by employees of aconium GmbH with mini-workshops on digitalization topics and technical know-how, such as 3D printing, augmented reality and laptops.
Henrik Nürnberger, Project Manager at aconium GmbH: “The camp offers young people a unique opportunity to try their hand at various media topics – such as radio, video production, game design and much more. Target group-oriented media education in the wild and with a camp atmosphere – where, if not here, can fresh ideas for the digital future emerge! I am delighted that aconium GmbH was able to make an exciting contribution to the project!”
For the 26th time, young people between the ages of 14 and 24 gained experience in dealing with media and its design at the JMC. The camp is organized annually by a volunteer team from several youth press associations.
