Executive Assistant (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

  • They support management in addressing strategic and operational issues and provide a solid basis for decision-making.
  • You will work directly at the intersection of senior management, functional departments, customers, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • They research, analyze, and organize complex issues and present them to management in a manner tailored to the audience.
  • They prepare briefings, meeting materials, presentations, decision papers, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
  • You will accompany the executive team to selected meetings, events, and business trips, and gain insight into challenging management tasks in the public sector.
  • They gather external insights from conversations, meetings, and market observations, assess their relevance to our company, and implement them in a structured manner throughout the organization.
  • You will coordinate cross-functional projects and special initiatives, manage coordination processes, and oversee measures through to their implementation.
  • They support management in communication, issue management and prioritization, and confidential matters.
  • You will independently handle project and organizational tasks and contribute to the further development of internal processes and structures.
  • You will gain in-depth insight into management, business development, and leadership, and gradually take on responsibility for your own projects.

What you bring with you:

  • You have successfully completed a college degree or have a comparable qualification.
  • You quickly get up to speed on complex topics, think analytically, and prepare information tailored to the audience for management decisions.
  • You enjoy exploring topics on your own and driving them forward in a visible way.
  • You stand out thanks to your confident demeanor, strong communication skills, a high degree of discretion, and excellent organizational skills, which allow you to maintain a clear overview even during periods of heavy workload.
  • You work independently, demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and initiative, and are willing to travel for work as needed for projects.
  • You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • You have an excellent command of German and a good command of written and spoken English.
