Head of the Regional Office for Baden-Württemberg (m/f/d)
For our regional office in Baden-Württemberg, based in Stuttgart, we are looking for a branch manager (m/f/d) who is dedicated, authentic, and determined.
Your area of responsibility:
- Office organization, personnel management and cost responsibility for the location
- Planning, controlling and monitoring operational processes and staff deployment
- Maintaining and expanding the (regional) network, especially at municipal and state political level
- Advising our clients at state and municipal level
- Representation of aconium at national and regional events and trade fairs
- Further development of the location’s profile and acquisition of new business areas
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience as a manager, preferably in the area of regional development or in the field of broadband expansion
- Knowledge of funding programs (e.g. acquired through project experience in ERDF, ESF, INTERREG, ZIM) an advantage
- Experience in the implementation or financing of infrastructure projects
- Reliable network of contacts to relevant decision-makers
