Head of the Regional Office for Baden-Württemberg (m/f/d)

For our regional office in Baden-Württemberg, based in Stuttgart, we are looking for a branch manager (m/f/d) who is dedicated, authentic, and determined.

Your responsibilities:

• Regional Development: You will help raise the profile of our regional office, identify opportunities in Baden-Württemberg, and develop new business areas and client relationships.
• Team Leadership: You lead the team at the site, plan staff assignments, and establish clear structures to ensure successful collaboration.
• Client Consulting: You advise municipalities and state-level clients on their projects and work with them to develop appropriate solutions.
• Networking: You will maintain and expand our contacts with local and state government officials and build long-term partnerships.
• Representation: You will represent aconium at regional and state-wide events and trade shows, and contribute our topics to the discussion.
• Office Management: You are responsible for the organization and costs of the regional office and ensure efficient operations.

Your requirements:

• You have several years of leadership experience in broadband expansion, ideally also in regional development, or in a comparable setting involving public sector clients.
• You have experience in implementing or financing infrastructure projects and can assess complex projects from both a technical and economic perspective.
• Knowledge of funding programs, such as the ERDF, ESF, INTERREG, or ZIM, is an asset.
• They have a network of relevant decision-makers and continue to expand their contacts through engaging communication and professional expertise.
• You think like an entrepreneur, identify opportunities for growth, and combine new ideas with structured, independent implementation.
• You communicate confidently and in a manner tailored to your audience, and you present your position persuasively to clients, partners, and political stakeholders.
• You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as organizational talent, and you can maintain a clear overview even when working on multiple projects simultaneously.
