Continued operation and strategic development of the InKoMo 4.0 office (innovation partnerships between municipalities and the mobility industry 4.0)

Project content

In Baden-Württemberg, innovative approaches have been developed, implemented and tested in close cooperation with companies from the mobility industry. These have often been used as an opportunity to generate municipal flagship projects. These projects now need to be scaled up. Only by scaling up the locally limited projects in this way can it be expected that the solutions developed will become economically viable. This is the prerequisite for the sustainable implementation of the developed projects. This is not just about gaining potential customers, but also about enabling social participation and equal living conditions. Only in this way can the projects form one of the driving forces for shaping the mobility sector of tomorrow.

This joint design process by politics, business, science and society forms the basic idea of InKoMo 4.0, as only a stronger link between local authorities and the mobility industry will enable a comprehensive adaptation of structures to the changed and future needs of society.

Goals

The aim of the project is to network municipalities and companies from the mobility industry to create and implement innovative solutions in the field of digital mobility.
