Student Intern in Bid Management / Project Management (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a working student in the “Bid Management” department for our Berlin office. In this role, you’ll gain valuable insights into tender and bid processes and support our team in coordinating and preparing bids, as well as maintaining data.

We invite you to play an active role in shaping innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation—and to grow with us! What are you waiting for?!

Your area of responsibility:

  • You will support our team in coordinating the bidding process—from researching suitable calls for proposals to submitting bids by the deadline.
  • You will assist with the daily monitoring of relevant procurement platforms and the analysis of bid documents. Based on this, you will help prepare overviews and decision-making materials for the heads of the specialized teams.
  • You will keep track of ongoing solicitations and deadlines and assist with organizational and administrative tasks related to solicitations and bids, such as preparing for and following up on consultations, documenting results, and maintaining overviews.
  • You will assist with compiling and maintaining formal documents such as references, supporting documentation, and employee profiles.
  • You will review and format proposal documents, ensuring they are complete, well-structured, consistent in content, and meet all formal requirements.
  • You will create and maintain overviews, documentation, and filing systems, and ensure that information remains organized and easy to find.
  • Together with the team, you’ll work to further develop templates, documents, and internal workflows, and to make processes more efficient.

What you bring to the table:

  • You work carefully, in an organized manner, and reliably.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and enjoy organizing things in a structured, clean, and orderly manner.
  • You enjoy taking responsibility for your own tasks and working independently.
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable using MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and can keep track of things even when juggling multiple tasks.
  • You are open-minded, a strong communicator, and eager to collaborate with colleagues from various departments
  • You have a very good command of German and a good feel for the language.
  • Ideally, you are in your third semester of a bachelor’s program or already pursuing a master’s degree—for example, in the humanities, social sciences, or business, such as communication, media, politics, language/linguistics, public administration, law, or economics. However, what matters more to us than your specific field of study is a meticulous approach to work, a sense of responsibility, and an appreciation for structured work.

What we offer:

  • Flexible Work Hours and Remote Work
  • Comprehensive mental health services in collaboration with an external partner
  • Personalized professional development budget and targeted development opportunities
  • A modern, open-concept office in the heart of Berlin—with plenty of space for discussion, networking, and collaboration
  • Diverse projects at a growing, internationally oriented company—with room for your own ideas and responsibility
