Part-Time Regional and Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)

 

We are currently seeking a Regional and Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) for our regional office in Munich, to start immediately. This is a position that will initially involve a 30-hour workweek.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Supporting regional management in strategic, administrative, and day-to-day operational tasks (e.g., research, preparing presentations)
  • Organization and coordination, as well as preparation and follow-up for appointments, meetings, decision-making documents (internal and external), and business trips
  • Interface role: The primary link and communication channel between customers, service providers, internal departments, and team members
  • Schedule Management: Coordinating, planning, and monitoring appointments and deadlines for the entire team.
  • Preparation of presentations, meeting minutes, analyses, and decision-making documents
  • Collaboration on projects involving coordination, documentation, and communication
  • Ensuring the efficient organization of day-to-day office operations and structuring administrative processes
  • Maintaining Customer Data in the CRM System
  • Support for events, appointments, and internal meetings
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies, consumables, or providing support during onboarding (handover of work equipment, workplace setup, administrative orientation)

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training in administration, business, or organizational management, or a comparable qualification
  • Alternatively, a college degree with a focus on organizational, business, or administrative studies
  • Relevant professional experience in an assistant, administrative, or organizational role
  • A friendly and open demeanor, as well as confident manners
  • A strong sense of responsibility and the utmost discretion
  • A focused, structured, and precise approach to work
  • Initiative and a sense of responsibility
  • Strong organizational skills and a passion for communication
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
