The digitalization of rural areas is the focus of the CORA project’s annual conference, which will take place in Kiel on 13 November. The programme for the conference entitled “Transnational solutions to digitalize your region” has now been finalized.

Jan Philipp Albrecht, Minister for Energy Transition, Agriculture, Environment, Nature and Digitization of the State of Schleswig-Holstein, will open the event with a keynote speech. He will talk about the digitalization of the federal state. Afterwards, project partners, experts and political representatives will highlight the challenges of digital change for rural regions using concrete examples, provide information on measures and give insights into initial project results.

All participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and share their experiences with colleagues from aconium GmbH and CORA project partners from seven EU countries. The conference program will be supplemented by current information on the federal broadband funding program, digital services in the Hüttener Berge office and digital initiatives of the city of Norderstedt.
