We are in the midst of a digital transformation in which digital services and applications are interweaving with our everyday lives to create a gigabit society. But how is technological progress actually changing people’s lives? On its journey into the future, the Infomobile from aconium GmbH is once again visiting places and regions where digitalization has visibly succeeded and where exciting projects and people enthusiastic about innovation are already making the digital future tangible.
After the Connected Germany tour kick-off in Mainz, we are looking forward to a stop in the Main-Kinzig district in southern Hesse. Here we can see the positive impact that a forward-looking digitalization strategy can have on the entire region. Through the consistent expansion with gigabit-capable digital infrastructures and a far-sighted digital strategy, the district has laid the foundations for the digitalization of education in the district with the help of the DigitalPakt Schule. We want to find out how the future is being created here and what it feels like when society starts to move digitally with the movers and shakers and citizens on the ground.
After the stop in the Main-Kinzig district, the aconium Infomobile will continue its journey to new places of digitalization.

Germany – a journey into the future
With the relaunch of the Infomobile, aconium is continuing its successful roadshow concept: Since the start of the tour in August 2021, the aconium Infomobile has visited future locations in Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Brandenburg, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria until it went on its winter break.
