Clerk (m/f/d) in the area of funding management

 

For our locations in Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Osterholz-Scharmbeck and Wiesbaden, we are looking for an administrator (m/f/d) in the area of funding management with immediate effect. This is basically a position with a 40h week.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Processing funding applications: Checking applications for completeness, accuracy and compliance with funding guidelines. This includes recording relevant data and checking the plausibility of technical and economic content.
  • Coordinating the management of funds: Ensuring the proper distribution and accounting of funding. Monitoring payment deadlines, calls for funds and usage checks.
  • Documentation and record keeping: setting up and maintaining (digital) funding files and preparing for audits by funding bodies or audit offices.
  • Communication with stakeholders: Cooperation with ministries, public bodies, development banks and internal departments to coordinate processes and clarify issues.
  • Analysis and reporting: Preparation of evaluations of funding programmes and implementation of quality assurance measures, e.g. for reports or statistics.
  • Participation in process optimization: development and implementation of efficient processes in funding management in cooperation with other departments.

What you bring with you:

  • Successfully completed commercial training, business studies or comparable qualification, preferably with relevant professional experience
  • Proven knowledge of funding management, preferably in the context of public funding programmes, is an advantage.
  • Accuracy, understanding of complex financial structures and an affinity for numbers
  • Solution-oriented, independent and structured way of working
  • Organizational talent and a very high sense of responsibility
  • High social and communication skills
  • Business fluent in German
