The Project
The town of Hagenow, a rural center in the county of Ludwigslust-Parchim (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania), is launching a „Digital Agenda“. This process is supported by the aconium. A regional network of town and county representatives, local and regional players from administrations, businesses, initiatives and associations as well as from the academic field work on concrete activities on how the opportunities of digitization can be used for the municipality. In the fields of administration, mobility, tourism and commerce, fitting projects will be identified and initiated in a further process. Following a kick-off event, three thematic workshops will be held at the end of 2019. As part of the Digital Agenda Hagenow, a list of project approaches will be introduced in January 2020. Furthermore, a new working group on digitization will take up its work and support the further implementation of digitization measures in the town of Hagenow.
Goals
The project aims to develop a „Digital Agenda“ for Hagenow with concrete and town-specific activities / projects on digitization. The agenda will be used as a strategic basis for the town as well as a role model for digitization efforts in Western Mecklenburg.
aconium responsibilities
In cooperation with the town of Hagenow, aconium organizes the entire development process of the „Digital Agenda“. The project and communication management of the aconium includes the support of the strategy process, the event management, the moderation of the participation process and the editorial work on the agenda. In addition, the aconium supports the regional transfer of results and the further initiation of digitization projects.
