Management Assistant (m/f/d)

 

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant (m/f/d) for our Berlin office, to start immediately.

Your area of responsibility:

  • They organize and coordinate the executive team’s schedule, plan appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
  • You will handle professional communication and correspondence with customers, business partners, and internal contacts, and serve as a reliable liaison to management.
  • They prepare for meetings—both in terms of content and organization—and follow up afterward; they create presentations, meeting minutes, and other documents; and they ensure structured document management.
  • You will organize business trips, including travel planning and expense reporting, and assist with the planning and execution of internal and external events.
  • They support management in day-to-day operations, coordinate administrative processes, and reliably keep track of priorities and deadlines.
  • You will participate in cross-functional projects and take on special organizational tasks independently.

What you bring with you:

  • You have successfully completed a business apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally, you will have professional experience as an executive assistant, in office management, or in a similar position.
  • They are known for their structured, independent, and meticulous approach to work, as well as their strong organizational skills.
  • You stand out for your friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working with a variety of people.
  • You handle confidential information responsibly, maintain a clear overview even in a dynamic work environment, and set priorities confidently and in a solution-oriented manner.
  • You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications as well as modern communication and collaboration tools, and you have excellent written and spoken German skills.
