Assistant to the Management (m/f/d)
We are looking for an Assistant to the Management (m/f/d) for our Berlin office with immediate effect. This is basically a 40h week position.
As an Assistant to the Management (m/f/d) you are an indispensable part of our team. You will support the management with administrative and organizational tasks and take on the following responsibilities:
Your area of responsibility:
- Efficient scheduling: You organize and coordinate appointments, meetings and events to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Communication and correspondence: You are the link between the management, customers and partners and are responsible for professional communication, both written and verbal.
- Document management: You prepare documents for meetings, create presentations and ensure that documents are filed in a structured manner.
- Project support: You play an active role in exciting projects and provide valuable input.
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of independence
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Confident handling of MS Office applications and modern means of communication
