Study on transformation skills, crisis resilience and willingness to change among the population in the Chemnitz / south-west Saxony region (resilience study)
Project content
The Initiative Transformation Automobilregion Südwestsachsen (ITAS) – funded by the Federal Ministry for Economics and Climate Protection – is dedicated to structural change in the Chemnitz/Southwest Saxony region and is developing needs-based approaches to enable companies, employees, institutions and civil society in the region to actively shape this change.
The study Transformation Competence, Crisis Resilience and Willingness to Change of the Population in the Chemnitz Region provides a project basis for the regional mission statement and strategy process planned as part of the ITAS project and is intended to help align the regional campaign for the positive acceptance of change processes in a meaningful way.
Goals
The aim of the project is to produce a literature- and media-based study (version 1.0) and a one-off update (version 2.0) on the resilience of the population in the Chemnitz region.
Tasks of aconium GmbH
To develop the study, aconium GmbH conducted a systematic literature review as well as a media and social media trend analysis. In addition, qualitative and quantitative data was collected (digital citizen surveys, focus groups).
