Consultant (m/f/d) for project development and funding management
For our locations in Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Osterholz-Scharmbeck and Wiesbaden, we are looking for consultants (m/f/d) for project development and funding management with immediate effect. This is basically a position with a 40h week.
Your area of responsibility:
- Strategic consulting & project development: You support our clients in identifying, designing and implementing forward-looking projects. Your focus will be on topics such as regional development, digitalization, mobility, energy and education. You will work with our clients to develop customized, innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Project coordination: You will be responsible for holistic management and monitoring – from planning and analyzing progress to ensuring the successful completion of projects. You will use structured methods and efficient processes to keep an eye on deadlines, costs, resources and milestones and make project success measurable.
- Funding management: You provide advice and support in the acquisition of funding. This includes the targeted research and selection of suitable funding programs as well as the preparation of funding applications in compliance with the relevant formal and content requirements.
- Workshops & events: You will design and accompany interactive formats that actively involve our customers. You will be responsible for the conception, planning and organization of workshops and events.
- You actively represent us and our customers at events, trade fairs and congresses, presenting yourself professionally and eloquently.
What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of administration, law, geosciences or economics or a similar course of study with professional experience, alternatively also a degree in business administration or administration with professional experience
- Ideally experience in working with public institutions or in project management
- Desirable: Previous knowledge of working with funding programmes
- Solution-oriented, independent and structured way of working
- Organizational talent and a very high sense of responsibility
- High social and communication skills, convincing and serious demeanor
- Business fluent in German
