On October 2, 2018, the workshop “Material concept and broadband funding program” for grant recipients from North Rhine-Westphalia took place in the new premises of the NRW regional office in Bonn. Hardy Stecker, Udo Kirsch and Lena Ehret (all from aconium, a project sponsor of the federal broadband funding program) welcomed guests from all parts of North Rhine-Westphalia.
In the first part, Stecker explained the federal broadband funding, explained in detail the changes as part of the amendment to the funding guidelines that came into force on July 3, 2018 and answered questions from the funding recipients together with Lena Ehret. In the second part, Udo Kirsch spoke about the material concept. He presented the individual points
- Material concept and dimensioning
- Purchase of materials in stock and
- Measurement (procedure)
before. There was also time afterwards to answer the participants’ questions. The regional offices of aconium GmbH regularly offer workshops for funding recipients in the federal funding program. General and project-specific questions on federal broadband funding can be discussed in these workshops.
